I am Harpreet and I am glad you are here. I want to tell you a short story. There was once a girl who wanted to swim. And she wanted to swim fast. So, her mother took her to a coach.
On the first day, the coach told the mother that the girl had great potential. He entered her in the district championship where a national coach noticed her. The coach walked up to the mother and the girl and said that if she practices hard she can represent India. The mother’s eyes twinkled. The little girl who was 7 years old did not ever go swimming again. This is a real story of my friend's daughter.
As parents, we want to do the best for our children. But what is 'best?' Most of us are busy but we know that our daily interactions with children matter.
Take a look at our courses to understand your child better. And it only takes 60 mins!
The podcast is amazing. Keep it coming! This actually takes me back to a time when me and my sister used to listen to radio and there were stories narrated by a famous person. I get the same feeling listening to this podcast.
Brilliant! I was with you all through. And made me imagine things as you were narrating. Truth to be told I got emotional and may have shed a tear or two. Look forward to more.
It opened my eyes. Many times we make such mistakes and don't treat children in a manner like Google maps. We should provide alternative routes than finding mistakes.
I have a 2.5 year old son so this is very relevant for me... and I would really want to learn from your experience. Thank you soo much for sharing.

Hi 👋🏼,
I am a curious parent and an independent researcher in the field of parenting and children. My friends call me Happy Singh. After graduating from IIT Bombay I started a company CoCubes. It was acquired by Aon in 2017. Post the acquisition Penguin published our no bull shit book on entrepreneurship called Let's Build a Company. I am also an angel investor/coach with 50 odd start-ups including Ola, Ola Electric, Chaayos, Bombay Shaving Company and 15+ EdTech start-ups. I find it extremely funny that we live in a world where parenting is taken for granted. I believe our interactions with our children matter. Many parents are busy. Instead of children running around, parents are running. But they care about their children. Hence, I am spending my time in sharing how we can make our interactions with our children more meaningful. And help each parent find the #onekindofchild . A child absorbed in work without need of praise, reward and fear. After failing to convince my wife to live in the hills, I live in Mumbai with Bhakti and our daughter Diya.
